Arie Laor, CEO

Mr. Laor joined Greenkote as its Chief Executive Officer in 2005. From 2002-2004, he was the VP of Marketing and Business Development for Ortal Die Casting, Ltd, a company listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange with production sites in China and Israel. From 2000-2002, he served as an engineering manager for Tower Semiconductors Ltd, from1995-2000, as the VP of Marketing at Zika Electrode Works Ltd, and as the Director of Weldrite UK, Weldrite US and Soudage France. Mr. Laor earned a BSc (1990) and MSc (1992) in Materials Engineering from Ben Gurion University, and a MBA from the Management College in Israel in 1995.

Itzhak Rosenthul, Chief Technology Officer and Executive Director

Mr. Rosenthul has served as Chief Technology Officer and Operations Director of Greenkote since 1999. Prior to this, he served as a technical consultant for Ozem 95, a consulting company. From 1995-1998, he was Production Manager at Avner Gafni Ltd, a producer of large steel structures, and from 1987-1994, an engineer in the metallurgical laboratory of Blades Technologies Ltd, a producer of blades for jet planes. From 1984-1986, he worked for the Power Station Equipment Renovation Company as a technology engineer whose responsibilities included the development of a number of processes using plasma coating for the renovation and wear-protection of various types of power station equipment. Mr. Rosenthul also held a number of engineering positions in other companies in Russia and in Israel. Mr. Rosenthul was educated at the Polytechnic Institute of Leningrad from 1973-1979 where he earned a BSc and an MSc in Physical Metallurgy.
