Greenkote, PLC was incorporated as a private limited company on 14 February 2005 with registered number 5363416 and was reregistered as a public limited company on 20 April 2005.

Greenkote’s range of innovative, environmentally-friendly coating services uses its patented coating process primarily for products in the automotive, construction, medical, and aerospace industries. With plants in the UK, Israel and Germany, the Company is working toward licensing its technology and supply production lines to third parties globally.
