Blank Coating
Our blank line powder coating system is located in a state-of-the-art technology
facility that Greenkote IPC introduced to the United States market. This capability
allows us to significantly reduce the cycle time for coating large flat steel sheets
that are formed into their final shape after the coating process. The process offers
extremely consistent coating quality, corrosion protection of cut edges, and significantly
reduces the overall cost of manufacturing. Currently this technology supplies the
cabinetry used by appliance manufacturers in parts for washing machines and other
appliances. We are continuing to expand this technology and its capability.
