- Complete procurement and engineering contact information.
- Blueprints, Drawings and Specifications: These can be provided via mail, or if
possible by e mail attachment (PDF or similar format).
- Samples: For programs that have already been prototyped or tooled, samples are
an excellent source of geometric reference as we estimate the feasibility
and cost of production tooling, if applicable.
- Quantities: By total annual volume, as well as per release.
- Specific characteristics or quality expectations.
- Packaging methods, materials or proceedures.
- Shipping preferences, ship-from/ship-to considerations.
- Critical-to-Quality dimensions or appearance requirements.
