Greenkote IPC E-coat operations provide a high quality finish for many part configurations
from door strikers, hinges and brackets to larger stampings, tubing, fabricated
assemblies and wire formed parts used in:

Flexible scheduling provides rapid response to priority production situations, and
our constant efforts to improve productivity through lean manufacturing and efficient
rack design provides cost effective solutions. The E-Coat processes employ lead
free black epoxy material, which is applied in-line over a zinc phos- phate pretreatment,
or for superior performance as a top coat for the Greenkote process. From an appearance
point of view, E-Coat can be used as an excellent corrosion resistant coating by
itself, or as a primer coat for powder or other top coat applications.
