Since our inception in 1976, powder coating has been our core process. From this
beginning, our services have grown continuously to meet our customers needs. Today
we have multiple lines in varying configurations of pretreatment, coating and cure,
and we are adding capacity as required. We have the experience, knowledge and desire
to fulfill your coating requirements.
Our powder coating versatility includes:
- Continuous monorail conveyors
- Iron or Zinc Phosphate pretreatment capabilities with chrome and non-chrome sealers
- Strategic supplier partnerships with all major powder manufacturers, offering epoxy,
polyester, acrylic, and other hybrid and specially formulated powders
- Quick change-over capability from one powder to another on the same line
- Production lines in serveral plants to meet customer needs such as part size and
weigh, as well as multiple customer locations.
