A LONG TRADITION OF INNOVATION AND TECHNICAL EXPERTISE.

GREENKOTE® Plc was incorporated as a private limited company on February 14, 2005, and was reregistered as a public limited company on April 20, 2005.

The company was originally founded in 1999 by two leading European metallurgical scientists. GREENKOTE develops innovative processes for coating metals and designs associated equipment and proprietary powder coatings.

After acquiring one of the largest custom coating companies in North America, GREENKOTE established and expanded its market presence and business infrastructure to the United States and Mexico. The company’s core focus on technical expertise and ongoing investment in research and development enables it to retain a technological advantage and capitalize on future market trends.

GREENKOTE has established three independent production plants in Germany, the United States and Israel. Some of its many end-user clients include Audi, Bosch, Daimler AG, Ford Motor, GE, General Motors, Hop, Iscar, Motorola, Volkswagen, Whirlpool, and the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF).

Solutions-based technology.

GREENKOTE operates primarily in the protective and functional powder coatings market. The solutions provided by GREENKOTE to its customers bring a superior substitute to zinc and chromium plating, hot dip mechanical galvanizing and zinc flakes dip spin processes.

An increasing number of coating companies are evaluating the GREENKOTE technology, to be used in combination with their own products. Continued market penetration has increased expectations for the development of Joint Ventures and sales of Licenses to coating suppliers for the automotive and other industries.

Competitive advantage.

The GREENKOTE process can compete at both ends of the coating spectrum and provides many major advantages over competitive systems. The core process utilizes the same equipment in a single plant to produce a wide range of coatings serving different markets.

GREENKOTE’s major competitive edge lies in three main markets:

  • Zinc aluminum coated components
  • Chromium, Vanadium and Titanium based hard coatings
  • Coatings offering high temperature corrosion resistant and anti-seizing properties for steels, stainless steels and nickel alloy parts

NOTE:
GREENKOTE submits a management report and consolidated unaudited management accounts each calendar quarter to Shareholders, as well as an annual audited report and accounts.

GREENKOTE is also registered as a United Kingdom company.
